Before any reminder call can be scheduled to a phone number, it must be verified with a one-time code sent via SMS or voice call. Vocal Memo only calls numbers you have verified under your account.

How Scheduled Calls Work

At your chosen date and time, our automated scheduler places a phone call from our official caller ID (+1 915-800-7353) and plays your reminder. During a call, press 9 on your keypad to repeat the message.

Missed Calls & Call Logs

Every scheduled reminder and call status (Pending, Completed, or Failed) is recorded in your dashboard Call Logs, where you can also replay your reminder audio anytime.
